Continuous punching die-casting tool: the core component of the roller punch is the assembly of rolling die, usually composed of two sets of rolling die: the upper die is the punch and the lower die is the punch. According to processing requirements, a plurality of punch tables are prearranged on the surface of the die. When starting, the feed mechanism feeds the material to be processed into the processing area at a constant speed, and the upper and lower die are rolled synchronously at the same speed. When the die rolls, the punch and die intersect in turn, pressing the material continuously. Position and guide rail to ensure accuracy: In order to ensure stamping accuracy and quality, roller will generally be equipped with positioning and guide rail mechanism. Parts such as side guide wheels and positioning sensors calibrate the material's position to ensure that the material follows a predetermined path without deviation and that the spacing and position of each hole meet design requirements.
Control system coordinates the operation of the components: the roller is equipped with electrical or CNC control systems system to control the movement of the mechanical transmission system, the operation of the hydraulic system and the speed of the feed mechanism. Users can configure punch aperture, punch position, feed speed and punch pressure through control panel or computer interface to achieve automatic and accurate punch.
