The paper cutter is a traditional product, which is used to deal with the paper cutting requirements in the later stage of printing. From the mechanical paper cutter to the tape-controlled paper cutter, and to the cutting system of microcomputer program control, color display, full image operation guidance visual processing and computer-aided cutting external programming and editing production data, the production preparation time is reduced. Shorter, more precise cutting, less labor-intensive, and safer to operate.
The operation of the paper cutter is relatively simple, and the requirements for the environment are not high. Usually in a general office, the power supply can be used to ensure that the power supply can be used for work. Generally, the paper cutter is equipped with an automatic switching system. As long as the old paper is input, the paper cutter will automatically rotate to cut the paper. For some paper cutters, you need to press the start button, the paper cutter will rotate, and you can continue to cut paper. After shredding, press the stop/reverse key to stop the cutter.
Before shredding, check whether there are hard objects such as paper clips, staples, etc. on the documents to be shredded. If there is, it should be removed and put into the paper opening, otherwise the tool may be damaged. When using the paper cutter, you should pay attention not to jam too much paper at one time, especially the better quality paper, and pay more attention when using it to avoid paper jams. The paper should be placed in the center of the paper inlet as far as possible.
For early products, once a paper jam occurs during use, you should press the back button or the stop button so that the shredder can continue to be used. Most paper cutters are equipped with overload and power-off protection devices. When the motor is overloaded and heated, it will automatically stop. At this time, it should be stopped for 20-30min to cool the motor. At the same time, consider reducing the amount of input paper appropriately when using it again. More advanced paper cutters will automatically stop and automatically return paper once overloaded, which is more convenient to use. When the box of the paper cutter is full, some machines will automatically make a sound to remind people to remove paper scraps in time.
