Operating procedures

1. The operator must be familiar with the performance and safety points of the Paper Cutting Machine, and can only operate the paper cutter after passing the examination.

2. Before going to work, the operators must wear work clothes, tighten the cuffs, prohibit long hair, and wear slippers, skirts, and jewelry.

3. Before starting each time, check whether the switch is normal and reliable. Try the empty knife three times first, observe if there is any knife return, and if the switch is found to be abnormal, it can be used only after professional maintenance.

4. Before starting, fill all lubricating points of the paper cutter with labeled lubricating oil. It is necessary to pay attention to the surrounding environment and whether other maintenance work is carried out on the machine.

5. Check whether the centralized lubrication system, emergency stop buttons, and safety devices of the equipment are normal.

6. It is forbidden to put tools and other items on top of the machine.

7. When installing or removing the blade, use manual operation. Only after the main motor is completely stopped can the switch be turned to the tool change switch position.

8. When adjusting the depth, first adjust the paper cutter, and then carefully adjust the depth of the strip from shallow to deep.

9. After the edge of the blade is passivated, the blade should be replaced immediately to avoid excessive load on the machine and damage to the parts.

10. Pressure force adjustment shall not be greater than 60kg/cm2. (It's usually about 45).
