The higher the number of wires, the more pits and the less ink; the fewer the wires, the fewer pits and the greater the amount of ink. The number of screen lines of the anilox roller in printing is the most reasonable, which is determined by the color requirements of the printed product. For screen screening, high line count and low ink volume should be selected for screen printing; low line count and large ink volume should be selected for solid printing.

If there is no scraper, the rubber roller is used to transfer the ink, and the anilox roller is pressed tightly, so the ink transfer is fast and the speed is slow. The amount of ink carried by the anilox roller is very different. The faster the rotation, the more ink, and the slower the rotation, the less.
