The working process of the edge crimping machine: The waste edge cut by the disc shears enters the waste edge pit, and then the waste edge is manually inserted into the slit at the end of the reel, and then the pressure roller is pressed down by the oil cylinder, the motor is started, and the reel rotates. The waste edge is wound on the reel. With the continuous increase of the waste edge coil diameter, the pressing roller is continuously raised. When the limit is reached, the proximity switch that detects the coil diameter sends a signal to control the curling machine to automatically stop and send out the unwinding signal. . Operate the roller cylinder and the reel moving cylinder in turn, lift the roller of the crimping machine, pull out the reel, and push the ejector plate by operating the pusher cylinder to push the waste into the waste basket below the outlet of the crimper.
The general structure of the crimping machine is similar, including the reel moving device, the transmission device, the pressing roller device, the pushing device and the wire arranging device. Whether or not to install a cable arrangement is determined according to the positional relationship between the axis of the reel and the centerline of the unit.
