The ingenious combination of the conical rotary baffle plate and the exit and entrance guard plates not only retains the original excellent characteristics of the crimping machine, but also overcomes the defect that the waste edge is wound outside the rotary baffle plate during the coiling process, and at the same time guarantees When unloading the roll, the guard plate will not hinder the waste roll, so that the waste roll can be easily and quickly pushed out of the rack.
(2) Use the flat and beveled edge roll push-out channel. The early passage was a ramp with no flat sections, and the scrap rolls rolled down to the waste basket by the scrap roll's own weight. The disadvantage of this structure is that in the process of pulling out the reel, the waste roll has been inclined, so that the waste roll is stuck when it rolls down, and the waste roll cannot fall into the waste basket smoothly. Adopting the structure of plane and slope, the waste roll falls vertically on the horizontal plane during the process of pulling out the reel, and the pusher plate pushes the waste roll down, so that the waste roll will not be inclined and will not be stuck.
(3) The pressure roller is driven by an oil cylinder. The pressure roller of the improved edge crimping machine is usually driven by a cylinder through a link mechanism, and the pressure roller's own weight generates a pressing force on the scrap roll, so the tightness of the scrap roll is not adjustable, and the tightness of the waste with different thicknesses It is even more uncontrollable. The pressure roller of the new type crimping machine is driven by an oil cylinder, and the hydraulic system adopts a pressure reducing valve, a relief valve, etc., to control the pressure of the pressure roller to the coil to keep constant, and at the same time, according to the different thickness of the strip and the tightness of the waste coil, Adjust the system pressure to make the crimping machine adapt to different working conditions.
