Flexographic printing
Flexo printing , also known as flexo printing, is a direct printing method.
Flexo printing uses elastic and raised image plates, which are usually made of rubber plates, photosensitive resin plates and other materials. Flexo printing transfers the ink to the printed matter through the pressure of the printing roller. This printing method is suitable for occasions where the printing variety is diverse, and it is not suitable for mass printing and printing substrate. The characteristics of flexo printing include thick ink layer, consistent ink color, widespread use of non-toxic water-based inks, and a wide range of printing media, almost all paper and plastic packaging products can be printed by flexo printing. Flexographic printing has been widely used in corrugated boxes, labels, aseptic liquid packaging, paper cups, paper bags, diapers and food packaging.
